What is RSS?

RSS is a technology utilized by Internet users to keep track of their favorite websites.

Previously, you may have bookmarked your favorite sites on the Internet. Then you had to periodically check these sites to see if there were any new updates.

Now, with RSS, you can simply sign-up for the feed and receive notification when the site is updated. We suggest you sign up for our feed by clicking on the link found on the right of each page. Then when the site is updated you will receive a notification either to your favorite news reader or your e-mail based on which method you select.
