The above chart shows why we use the The Birkman Method® as our primary career personality test. For years, we had used the Birkman to provide in person feedback as part of our full programs. It is an outstanding tool that goes deeper than any other assessment that we have found, but due to its expense, we know it is not for everyone. Our clients requested options to still receive our valuable content, but without the full feedback from a certified consultant.

Thank you for providing all of this great information- there is something for everyone. I have taken The Birkman test with personal consultant feedback. The consultant was extremely helpful in explaining the different components of the test. The Birkman helped put me on the path to my ideal career and has also been very useful in my relationship with my husband.
